Minneapolis to San Francisco

I am extremely satisfied with my experience through ABF. I moved from Minneapolis to a suburb outside of San Francisco, and it couldn’t have been more easy. You dropped off the unit when needed, gave me plenty of time to load it up, picked it up as scheduled (prior to 3pm so that I didn’t pay for meter blocking over the weekend), gave me up-to-the-minute tracking info, and delivered it in only four days!! None of my stuff was broken or chipped or cracked, and was all in the exact same places as when I packed it all up. I will definitely use ABF again if needed, as long as you aren’t outrageously priced like PODS and you have great customer service. The people I talked to at drop-off, pick-up, drop-off, and the call center were very pleasant and accommodating. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend and will use again myself if the need is there. Thanks!

Had used UPack twice before and was pleasantly surprised to see it was even less expensive than 2 years ago (thanks, guys!). All service, here in MN. and in N.C., was excellent. A friend recently used you on my recommendation. the only problem I have is with the loaders I hire (I can’t do it myself due to physical disability) who don’t follow my instructions and things get broken - arg! Thanks again...
