I was told about a company that loads and unloads by someone at the 800# and neither terminal was aware of that company. In packing, I lost the phone number but took the time to retrieve it.The name of the company is Movers Staff or something like that. They were the final compliment to the ABF experience in price, quality of service and quality of people that I met from both companies. I am totally pleased with how things were handled in the big picture. At the Kalamazoo terminal, there was some problem with timing of delivery of the truck. I couldn’t get more than a 3-4 hr range until the day of the delivery. That doesn’t work well when I am having to pay movers $465 for 3 hrs and $70 each additional hour to unload the truck. That is the only glitch in the process. Thank you for providing a reasonably priced alternative for moving! I will definitely recommend ABF to anyone who asks me.
