You have a lot of very negative posts out there, that from my experience do not reflect the actual experience. I almost did not use you because of them. After going thru the process, I learned most of the people that complained would not have if they had followed directions. I think you need to do more as a company to respond to those posts, otherwise you may be missing out on customers. I loved my experience and have already recomended you to friends.

online process so thorough the only calls i made were to regional offices for pickup/delivery. very happy with the website,found little need to call a representative,competive pricing,cubes are great size for apt communities,might reccommend more secure manner of closing empty cubes.my cube was emptied within 2hrs of delivery & immediately scheduled for pick up the following day since i removed my padlock this did not prevent neighbors from nosing around & opening cube which they of course had no clue how to close properly,not sure if this was neighbor children or adults but felt i ought to mention this incident since it may pose a safety risk. although transit look longer than expected phone representatives were very courteous & attentive in regards to shceduling/reshceduling & tracking my relocube.driver made best efforts to place cube for easiest unloading @ our garage door. driver very knowledgeable/helpful.able to respond to my questions concerns about transit time & delivery in my new neighborhood.phone representative very obligingly responded to question about delivery in gated community as well as verifying inspection checklist was received
