While I think the service at both ends was satisfactory, I has my moving trailer for a full extra day between calling and stating it was ready for pickup, and it actually being picked up. I believe this contributed to it arriving at its destination a day late. It may be worth telling people that the guaranteed delivery date is something to really consider.
