Ran into an issue that must come up a lot -- we reserved 10 feet but the nearest logistic post for placing of bulkhead was closer to 11 feet. Had to call in to national center to make sure we would not be charged extra for that. It would be good to let people know about that issue up-front. There’s just no way to install the bulkhead at the spot we’d been told to. The people at the Des Moines center were lovely and worked extensively with us to get the trailer picked up on the day we wanted. It involved a lot of calls about timing and when we’d be ready vs. when their driver would be in the area. Everyone was very patient and helpful. Drivers at both ends very helpful and nice.

I asked to be called 1/2 hr prior to delivery. I received the call but it took over an hour for the truck to show up. I took time off from work to be there and didn’t need to because of the truck being late. I wasn’t happy about that. There were no add’l calls made from ABF to let me know the status. We ended up calling to find out where the truck was. Overall I was very satisfied w/your service. I would recommend your company to someone who is moving.
