I was extremely pleased with the whole U-Pack experience. I called PODS first and their representative was hard to understand and became frustrated with me when I asked questions or asked him to repeat what he had said. This was definitely NOT the case with your representatives. The service representatives I spoke to were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and eagerly answered all my questions. Communication between the company and me was excellent. I knew at all times where I was in the process. Being able to track the cube online was a plus.
