I had a little trouble with the origin center not picking up my pods on time, but Alan in the South Bend Indiana center was outstanding getting the problem fixed. It did take a few extra days to get my items, but overall I was very satisfied with ABF and the service that was provided by the staff. The drivers were very friendly and had a very positive attitude. They were willing to place the pods where I needed them even though it took extra time. When the pods were empty they were picked up quickly. My move went very well thanks to ABF.
