Our move started in Rupert, Idaho. The Diamond trucking representative who dropped off our trailer didn’t know much about the service he was providing. He signed one copy of the bill of lading when he dropped off the trailer. He was very nice though and it didn’t really leave a negative taste for us. Also, we spoke with Leslie at the call center a couple times about our move. She was great and should get a raise or at least a good review.
