Overall, using ABF was an awesome and carefree experience. I was a little disappointed that there was no space available for storage at the facility in Tampa but I was able to find a public storage facility that would allow the container to be dropped off

I had such a great experience using ABF and I would DEFINITELY recommend you to a friend. The only slight disappointment I had was that I asked for a Monday pick up (because I was quoted an estimated travel of 4 days) but did not receive my items until Monday morning. Besides that, it all went off without a hitch! Everyone, the reservations specialists, the lovely gentleman with the New England accent that dropped off our cubes in Tampa (wish I got his name), and the man whe delivered our cubes in Allentown, were all extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgable. As a matter of fact, I would love for you to figure out who dropped off our cubes in Tampa because he gave us SO MANY useful packing tips that, had we not known, many of our items may have been ruined! Not to mention he was very friendly and efficient! Thanks for all the help with our move. I’ve already passed the word along about your company...(I’m available for commercials, too! JK :)

Aside from my belongings not arriving until 8pm the moving experience with you was amazing. When my relocube was delivered the driver even helped us unpack so they wouldn’t have to try to get a truck back where I live to pick it up. He went above and beyond helping us move all the boxes into my apartment and making sure everything was out of the cube. I would recommend you to any one I know making a long distance move. You did an amazing job of taking the stress out of it for me!
