Except that the pod was scheduled to be delivered last thursday (5/6) with a two hour window... they did not show up. When I called there was no record of the delievery that had been arranged. For a few hours the pod was lost it finally all got straightened out - everyone was very helpful in finding the error and the pod was delivered the following day was no troubles. No harm, no foul. Everyone that I spoke with and dealt with was really nice and really helpful and very accommodating.
