Outstanding service by origin dispatch (Dennis) and destination service center (Earl). We had two expensive pieces of furniture that suffered damage, but most likely was due to the way we packed them in the truck. The stories of fine black dust or dirt that we read about prior to using ABF are true, but fortunately we knew about it and protected everything appropriately. That should probably be emphasized to all prospective customers so they can plan accordingly. Thanks again to Earl in Colorado Springs. He got our trailer picked up ASAP so that it didn’t have to sit all weekend and make our new neighbors unhappy!
