The number I was given for the destination center was in a different city from where the trailer went to. When I called I was under the impression that the place I called was the Farmington,NM Service Center. However, it was the Albuquerque, NM location. Thankfully when I was contacted by the Farmington center on Friday I found out that they are not open on weekends. I rescheduled with my moving company to pick up on Monday and it was fine from there. I would suggest you use the Farmington, NM phone number instead of the Albuquerque number to avoid this confusion in the future. Overall I am very pleased with the service. From the sales to the service to the price.
