a few things would have been nice/helpful: -it would have been good to get a call after the shipment was picked up, to confirm all the info, and report on the space used and final price. it would have similarly been nice to have received a check in call during the shipment period, perhaps a day or two before the arrival date. -my instinct was to use as much lateral space as possible, to save on costs. This caused some of my furniture to get damaged. It would be good to get some guidance on this. Admittedly, I did not read all of the packing tips, so it may be that you already offer that advice! -during the pack/unpack periods, it would have been good to be given a key to the trailer, or some other means to lock it. In that way, I would have been able to to come and go without concern that someone else would tamper with my belongings. -it would have been good to have been advised to purchase an appropriate lock for the bulkhead earlier on. All in all, I’’m very pleased with my experience, and all setbacks and frustrations are due to factors beyond ABF’s control. Thank you.
