Emily Ruggs took all my info over the phone and answered my many questions. She was great, and should be rewarded for awesome customer service! When my unit was scheduled for initial pickup in DC, we had a hiccup with a car being parked too close to the container. The driver went out of his way to flag down the police and contact the owner of the car. We ended up having to reschedule, but I was impressed with how far he went to work the situation out without involving me. The morning the unit was scheduled to arrive in Santa Monica, I called the dispatch office to see if I could get a narrower window in which to expect delivery (other than a wide gap of 8am to noon). Dispatch happily radioed the driver and gave an arrival time that was accurate down to the minute. The driver was polite and friendly, and gave me a chance to check the container before he departed. I couldn’t be happier with my move with ABF. Great service, great price, and a successful move. I’ve been singing ABF’s praises to anyone who asks how I did my cross-country move, and will continue to do so. Thanks so much!
