My agent, Michelle Edwards, was outstanding. She helped me plan my relocube delivery schedule, proactively called me when schedules needed to be worked out, and kept track of my cubes to ensure they made it safely cross country. I really appreciated her efforts. The forklift operators sent out to my arrival location (Auburn, AL) had a hard time with my steep driveway--skid marks and scrapes in the pavement resulted. I know it’s a challenging driveway, but I thought it could have gone with a bit less collateral damage.
